Owner and operator Randy Allen moved from Phoenix, AZ to Farmington, NM in October 2006 with his wife and kids. Randy soon realized that Farmington lacked a high end audio & video company with the knowledge and customer service that people wanted.

In August of 2008 Randy and his wife Andrea opened Next Level. The vision of Next Level was to provide superior customer service along with state of the art audio and video products.

“When I started the company I had this vision of selling only high end residential products. Now after being in business for over 7 years, I’ve realized the market here is much broader than that. We now offer products for every budget. We have also expanded our product offerings from residential to residential, commercial, and industrial. This has been a big move for us and because of the great staff we have we’ve been able to maintain that same great service.”
